What You Can Expect

• You analyze customer, product, and channel data to generate deep insights into customer behavior and drive data-informed business decisions, with a key focus on HSE's digital touchpoints (e-commerce web shop and native apps)
• You transform complex datasets into actionable insights and serve as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders across the company with diagnostic analyses
• You conduct exploratory data analysis (EDAs) to test business hypotheses and uncover new predictive variables of customer behavior using SQL and Python
• You help digital teams validate their solutions through proper A/B testing planning and analysis to optimize customer experience and increase revenue
• You collaborate with Data Scientists on projects to enhance customer understanding and prepare analytics insights that serve as the basis for predictive models
• You create compelling reports and presentations for diverse audiences, ensuring all insights include clear recommendations for measurable business actions
• You work in an agile environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to drive data-informed decision making across HSE

Requirements

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering Sciences, Data Science, or comparable quantitative field with strong statistical background
• You bring solid professional experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, ideally with several years in digital analytics and e-commerce environments
• You possess profound knowledge of SQL and Python for analyzing big datasets, plus solid expertise in statistical analysis using Python or R
• You demonstrate experience in customer analytics (product and/or marketing analytics is a bonus), with practical knowledge of statistics in business contexts
• You have experience working in agile environments with high flexibility, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach with attention to detail
• You show strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and the ability to bridge analytical depth with business impact orientation
• You speak fluent English (German is a plus) and work solution-oriented with an agile mindset and enthusiasm for innovation
