This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on-site safety standards and help create a workplace where safety always comes first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement workplace risk assessments with managers and on-site specialists
• Monitor and review compliance with EHS laws and standards
• Support day-to-day plant safety operations, including PPE distribution and hazard inspections
• Assist in planning and delivering safety training programs
• Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective measures
• Advise and coach managers on all aspects of workplace safety culture
• Help roll out new safety protocols and promote continuous improvement across the site

What You Bring:

• Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (ASiG §7 or equivalent)
• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of German workplace safety and environmental regulations
• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong communicator, problem solver, and proactive team player
• Able to balance assertiveness with empathy in working with cross-functional teams
