We are looking for a (Junior) Bookkeeper / Financial Accountant (f/m/d) to strengthen our team. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing invoices, verifying and carrying out payment processes, and maintaining our master data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring all bills are paid on time
• Verify and carry out payment processes, keep track of outstanding items, reconcile open items, and maintain master data
• Support the management of bank and cash accounts, including the creation of accruals
• Process travel expenses and credit card transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and handle various accounting entries
• Support the creation of reports and analysis of financial data to enable better decision-making

Profile:

• Commercial education with a focus on finance, bookkeeping, taxes, or comparable
• Experiences in applying VAT and commercial law regulations (HGB)
• Prior experiences with financial software such as MS Navision or Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and precise work style, with a proactive hands-on mentality
• Strong affinity for numbers, Excel, and good team collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English language
