*Logistics and Customer Service Specialist *
(f/m/d)*
*Your responsibilities:

• Your main responsibility is to support our sales team in their daily business by taking over the order processing (procurement and sales) especially for chemical raw materials related to the Food, Feed and Pharma as well as Personal and Home Care segments
• This includes the registration of products in the administration system and the warehouses as well as the inventory and warehouse management (organization, monitoring and administration of deliveries)
• Furthermore, you are the first contact person for all procurement-related inquiries from customers as well as suppliers (verbally and written)
• You are managing export-import processes including the coordination as well as optimization of logistics processes and invoicing
• Additional tasks and projects are taken over by you, e.g. compliance tasks or certifications related to Food, Feed, Pharma as well as Personal and Home Care ingredients

Yo
ur profile:

• After finishing your secondary or higher education, you gained previous professional experience in an administrative or comparable position, preferably in the chemical industry, distribution or logistics
• Your working style is reliable, precise as well as service and goal oriented
• Furthermore, you demonstrate good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and find short-term solutions if needed
• You are a team player with an open, proactive and friendly approach
• Additionally, you possess very well networking and communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• Furthermore, you are proficient in the use of MS Office products and ideally you are familiar with ERP or warehouse systems
