Junior Project Manager, Vienna, Austria Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
Main Responsibilities
Support delivery of Huawei projects (engineering, integration, civil and installation work)
Overall project coordination including client relationship, implementation schedule, vendor management, budgetary control and project quality assurance.
Project implementation planning including service procurement and human resources
Project data updates in internal systems, following internal procedures
Support project related documentation creation and collection
Support project revenue and billing triggers
Monitor project cost and provide related analyses
Project and Project Management Office KPI and SLA monitoring
Project Management tools support
Understand the internal processes and provide process advice to Project Managers
Requirements
University education in civil works, electrical, telco or economy direction.
Good knowledge of MS Office is a must; advanced MS Excel skills is an advantage.
Understanding of Project management principles.
Fluent English and German, both spoken and written.
