Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing E2E delivery solutions for WDM network technologies.
• Maintain and manage complex network architectures, including WDM, OTN, and SDH networks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on the network using various tools such as Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Maintain product for customers, lead problem resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow Huawei internal flows and systems to support project delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of reference for the customer’s technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow‑up.

Requirements

• Graduate student with a Bachelor\’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related ICT field.
• General understanding or experience with optical transmission.
• Familiarity with Python, JSON, Java, or other programming languages.
• Ability to work in an international business environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (C1‑C2 level) – mandatory.
