We are seeking a Lead Researcher – Disaggregated Datacenter Network Virtualization (m/f/d) .

Your mission

• Lead the design and research of next-generation network virtualization for disaggregated datacenter infrastructures.
• Architect and prototype elastic, high-performance, and reliable IO virtualization frameworks for serverless and cloud-native environments.
• Publish influential research, file patents, and contribute to open-source ecosystems and industry forums.
• Collaborate with leading universities and research institutions.

Your areas of expertise

• Master\’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive R&D experience in datacenter infrastructures.
• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with:

• Datacenter network architecture and software-defined networking.
• DPDK, Open vSwitch (OVS), VirtIO, KVM/QEMU.
• SmartNICs, SR-IOV, PCIe device passthrough, hardware offloading.
• TCP/IP protocol stack and RDMA internals.
