Overview
In this role you drive advanced analog modelling and verification for AMS blocks, collaborating with both analog and digital design teams to enable next-generation semiconductor products. You will lead end-to-end modelling efforts, define system-level strategies, and stay at the forefront of modelling innovations. The position offers global collaboration and opportunities to contribute to patents, papers, and external publications. This is a leadership-focused role with mentorship responsibilities and cross-site coordination.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end modelling and verification of complex analog/mixed-signal blocks (SerDes, sensor interfaces, PLLs, CTLEs) from concept to sign-off
- Define and optimize system-level modelling strategies for accuracy, speed, and coverage
- Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to drive model development and test generation
- Stay at the forefront of modelling/verification, contributing to patents, papers, and publications
- Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams to manage priorities and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-site, multicultural collaboration and manage multiple ongoing projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of hands-on experience in analog modelling, high-speed interface development, and AMS IP verification
- Deep understanding of interface architectures and system-level AMS modelling
- Proficiency in SPICE, Python, and industry-standard simulation tools
- SystemC-AMS or equivalent expertise is a significant advantage
- Fluent in English; strong intercultural and interpersonal communication
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring engineers
- Willingness to travel for cross-site collaboration and project needs
