Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.ResponsibilitiesDesign and continuously optimize an end‑to‑end partner capability framework, covering technical, sales, delivery, marketing, and operational competencies.Develop standardized training materials for different partner roles in close collaboration with internal subject‑matter teams.Plan and deliver structured enablement programs, including Bootcamps, Enablement Workshops, Sales & Technical Camps, and Partner Academies.Align partner capability development with business planning, ensuring effective integration with partner strategies and performance goals.Support pipeline generation, deal conversion, and revenue growth through targeted enablement initiatives; track enablement ROI and optimize programs based on measurable business outcomes.Collaborate cross‑functionally as a central enablement hub, coordinating Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and efficient partner support.RequirementsStrong technical background in one or more of the following areas: Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security, SaaS, Data Center, or Enterprise Solutions.Practical experience in roles such as Partner Enablement, Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, Technical Training, Channel Management, or Ecosystem Management.Proven ability to design and build frameworks, processes, and methodologies from the ground up.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enablement activities to measurable revenue impact.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.Highly self‑driven, structured, and results‑oriented.5+ years of experience in the B2B technology industry (e.g., cloud, ICT, enterprise IT, software ecosystem).Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.What We OfferWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
