With wholistic view on the European Technologies and Market you will:- Identify and engage leading external innovation resources across Europe, including universities, research institutes, startups, technology companies, and industry organizations, in areas such as Autonomous Driving, Intelligent Cockpit, Vehicle Control, Automotive AI, Smart Optical, and Software-Defined Vehicles.- Track emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor developments, and identify technology opportunities that can create value for future products and business growth.- Transform promising technical insights into research collaborations, technology projects, and strategic partnerships, working closely with internal R&D and product teams.- Participate in international conferences, technical workshops, and industry events to build a strong network within both academia and industry.- Produce technology intelligence reports, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to support technology roadmap development and innovation planning.- Willingness to travel. Outstanding Ph.
D. graduates and candidates with 5+ years of relevant industry experience are both welcome.- Strong interest and understanding of intelligent vehicle technologies, especially in Autonomous Driving, Intelligent Cockpit, Automotive AI, Vehicle Software Platforms, or Vehicle Electronics.- Excellent technology research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical trends into actionable insights.- Strong communication and networking skills, with the confidence to engage with researchers, professors, industry experts, and business partners.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.- Self-motivated, curious about emerging technologies, and willing to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
