We seek a highly talented researcher to explore novel computing architectures for the next-generation wireless systems and analyze key architectural trade-offs in coordination with cross-functional domain experts. /b /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTechnology research. Your job will focus on designing and validating efficient system/hardware/software technologies to meet the product requirements and solve the challenges. Achieving high computational performance at as high energy efficiency as possible is an essential objective. You will explore new approaches aligned with emerging technologies, competitive performance requirements, and critical system constraints. /liliTechnology insight. You recognize and understand technology trends and propose novel technologies that can be used in our product to improve Performance, Power, Area, Flexibility, etc. In addition, you will participate in the discussion of strategy plan and business plan . /liliCooperate with local resources (Industry and Academy). Based on business requirements, you will be involved in cooperation with local resources, and need to be independently responsible for development and operation of cooperation projects. /li /ulh3Key Qualifications /h3ulliMSc or PhD in Computer Science. /liliAt least 5 years of relevant experience. /liliDemonstrated expertise in SoC architecture in the area of high-performance computing systems. /liliExperience in Wireless and Cellular technologies such as LTE/5G NR is preferred. /liliMust have outstanding SoC and system architecture fundamentals backed with substantial experience. This means a good understanding of power and performance trade-offs, area and energy efficiency improvement, and how SoC data and control flows interact. /liliExpertise in computing architecture, i.e. programmable/reconfigurable architecture, dataflow architecture, computing in/near memory, interconnect design etc. /liliSound understanding of microprocessor subsystems (microarchitecture), memory systems (cache, scratchpad, memory hierarchy, etc.) and on-chip interconnect. /liliManycore design and RISC-V experience is preferred. /liliGood understanding of hardware-software interfaces and interactions.
