Channel Sales Manager Job Location
Zurich, Switzerland Main Responsibilities
Actively hunt and recruit new Enterprise Channel Partners specifically within the SMB and mid-market segments in Switzerland Drive Business Development: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and resellers Promote Huawei’s Enterprise products and value proposition to grow partner share Develop partner business and marketing plans with regular management reviews to ensure growth targets are met Work closely with partners to embed Huawei Enterprise portfolio in vertical market solutions, focusing on accessible and scalable technology for businesses Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned partners, providing high-quality support across all aspects of their business Coordinate and lead strategy & product sales presentations to partner sales teams and their end-customers Collaborate with the high-touch sales team (High-Level Products) to ensure alignment and full understanding of partner capability Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in channel management, business development, or sales within the ICT environment Proven "Hunter" mentality with a strong track record of winning new partners and generating new business Active network within the Swiss Channel ecosystem, particularly with distributors or resellers focusing on SMB Strong understanding of entry-level to high-level products and conferencing solutions is a distinct advantage Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Hogeschool / University of Applied Sciences). Self-starter & Independent: Ability to operate autonomously, manage your own schedule, and drive results without constant supervision. Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and forecasting skills. Strong hunter profile: Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch. Cultural Fit: Open-minded and adaptable; motivated by the speed of growth at Huawei Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland to meet partners and customers.
