- This position serves as the primary clinical expert, partnering with sales and stop-loss teams to drive measurable financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine clinical cost containment frameworks and evaluate vendor solutions.
- Support stop-loss carriers by reviewing claims and identifying clinical risk mitigation actions.
- Enable distribution teams with clinical presentations and client-facing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field; RN license preferred.
- 5+ years in clinical cost containment, case management, or self-funded health plan consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate clinical insights into financial impact.
- Base salary $130,000-$150,000 with performance-based incentives.
