Responsibilities
- At the beginning, you clarify together with the partners which goals are to be achieved. To this end, you will draw up detailed business plans in which you define the number of new customers to be acquired, the planned annual turnover, and the strategic milestones.
- You will ensure that the partners undergo all the necessary training and certification exams to ensure their expertise in our HR software.
- You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing measures and partner strategies. You will work closely with our internal team.
- You will also ensure that all relevant KPIs are kept in view. You will analyze the results in regular performance reviews and develop new ideas together with the partner to optimize the collaboration.
- You will represent Hubdrive at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events. There you will not only position our company as a trustworthy partner, but also use the opportunity to further expand our partner network.
- As Partner Success Manager, you are largely responsible for optimally expanding our partner network by identifying and acquiring new partners.
