Power BI Specialist (m/w/d)

• First, you’ll work with Product Management and our HR Best Practice Consultants to analyze which KPIs HR professionals actually need in each module — from recruiting and time tracking to employee development.
• You’ll then design the right reports for each of the 12 modules: Which KPIs matter? Which visualization creates the “aha” moment? What helps the customer make better decisions?
• You’ll build high-performance data models based on Dataverse and write DAX measures that calculate quickly and accurately even for international customers with thousands of employees.
• You’ll gradually replace the existing dashboards without letting our customers feel that they’re missing anything. A planned migration instead of a Big Bang.
• Your reports need to work worldwide: you’ll consider multi-currency, multi-language, multi-format, and time-zone compatibility from the very beginning.
• You’ll coordinate with our developers to ensure your reports are cleanly embedded into the solution and work out of the box for customers.
• You’ll repeatedly test your reports using real-world scenarios and gather feedback from Customer Success and Consulting.
• our work doesn’t end with the migration — quite the opposite. You’ll continuously add further visualizations.
• To do this, you’ll regularly communicate directly with our customers, listen to their needs, turn individual requests into broadly applicable solutions, and implement innovative approaches that benefit all customers worldwide.
• AI will be your daily companion — in both directions: You’ll use AI tools yourself to work faster and better. And you’ll bring AI into our reports to continuously provide additional value to customers — for example, by allowing users to enter desired customizations and variations of reports in natural language using Copilot.
• And that’s what makes the whole thing complete.
• Reporting is your baby. You have several years of professional experience with Power BI. We’re not looking for a beginner, but someone who has already independently implemented reporting projects.
• You’re highly proficient in DAX and Power Query, and you know from experience how to build data models that remain performant even with large volumes of data.
• You’ve already designed reports for end customers and understand that a good report answers questions before they’re even asked. You think from the user’s perspective, not the database’s.
• Ideally, you’re familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. At a minimum, you have experience connecting complex data sources.
• HR KPIs such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, or sickness/absence rates are familiar concepts to you — or you’re able to quickly and genuinely engage with the relevant subject matter.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, because your reports will be used worldwide.
