Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) in Konstanz

As we continue to expand our production operations at our factory we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure efficient quotation and order processing. As a key link between customers and the company, this role works closely with sales teams and international partners to deliver excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.

Your tasks:

• written and verbal communication with national, international and intercompany customers
• providing end-to-end customer support, including responding to customer inquiries, offering solutions, advising customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling complaints
• close collaboration with Sales, Planning and Logistics, Finance to determine conditions and lead times
• Account creation and data maintenance in the relevant CRM and ERP systems
• Follow-up and tracking of quotations
• Coordination of expedited and special deliveries according to customer requirements
• Execution of the invoicing process

Your skills:

• previous experience in customer service and customer support, both by phone and in writing, preferably in an industrial and international environment
• technical aptitude or a willingness to learn technical products and processes
• fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient in using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.
  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
• Commercial vocational qualification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
