Your challenge
Senior Business Development Manager – eMobility Services. Identify and engage potential customers, generate leads, pitch tailored solutions, and close B2B deals, ideally in the automotive industry. Report to the divisional Director of Services.

Your tasks
- Prospect and generate leads – identify and reach out to potential new customers through networking and referrals.
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales pitches – create compelling presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Close high-value sales deals – develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers, negotiate contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow existing accounts – nurture long-term relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing sales opportunities and upselling additional products or services.
- Track and report sales performance – monitor sales progress against targets and adjust strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Your profile
- eMobility knowledge, passion, and desire to drive the industry forward.
- Strong track record of closing deals €100‑500k.
- Comfortable presenting technical offers to customers.
- Excellent communicator.
- Excellent network and stakeholder management skills.
- Existing OEM relationships network.
- Minimum 7‑8 years of sales experience.
Language
Fluent in English.
Start date
As soon as possible.
Location
Onsite/Hybrid in Berlin: 2 days per week at office, 3 days remote, or Remote with flexibility to travel to Berlin.
