Amazon Account Manager – Remote full time

Responsibilities

As a full-time Amazon Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Amazon Seller Central Management:

  • Utilize flat file uploads for bulk operations (title changes, create product variants, updating product features etc.)
  • Upload A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance brand presence.
  • Set and maintain account KPIs for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Seller Support and raise tickets when necessary.
  • Supervise new product launches and monitor their success.
  • Create Deals and report results into a document

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Respond to all messages within 24 hours.
  • Manage customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and other service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on Amazon.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Address and resolve negative feedback to maintain a positive brand image.

Data entry for Market Analysis:

-Enter Data from Helium10, Amazon and Datadive into a spreadsheet to give a market overview.

Assistance:

  • Go through Mail and help with deleting, forwarding and prioritizing
  • Download documents once per month for accounting routine

Qualifications:

To succeed as an Amazon FBA Account Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

  • Experience Level: Mid-Level – Senior-Level
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Amazon FBA Account Manager and customer support experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and the main KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales etc.) to further optimize them.
  • Customer service experience (preferably in Amazon FBA).
  • Experience with troubleshooting with Amazon Support.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Experience in updating product data with bulk files (title changes, creation of product variants, images, updating product data etc.)
  • Confidence in independently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
