The Role
As Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse range of positions, supporting business growth through proactive talent acquisition strategies.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Germany and wider European markets.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Utilise market intelligence and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions.
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation and company policies.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes.
About You
- Significant experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally at Senior Recruiter level.
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of the German employment market and recruitment practices.
- Experience working within an international or matrix organisation.
