With continued investment in growth and innovation, they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a freelance/contract basis and help attract exceptional talent across key business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a freelance recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience within a fast paced, commercially driven environment. The Opportunity As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of professional, specialist, and operational roles. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will provide expert recruitment guidance, build strong talent pipelines, and develop sourcing strategies that support the organisation's growth ambitions. This is a freelance/contractor engagement, paid on a daily or hourly rate, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week dedicated to this client. The initial engagement is expected to run at least 6 months, more likely 12. You will need to be on site in Munich 3 times a week, and experience managing labor councils in Germany is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage end to end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and seniority levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and advise on effective hiring strategies. Develop and execute direct sourcing initiatives to attract high quality talent. Conduct candidate screening, competency based interviews, and assessment activities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Utilise market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness. Deliver a best in class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with relevant employment legislation and company policies, including experience navigating labor council processes in Germany.
