In this versatile role, you will act as the central point of contact for our ERP system ABACUS and support the organization in optimizing and further developing our business processes. You will work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and actively contribute to digitalization and increased efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supporting internal 1st- and 2nd-level support for ABACUS Developing and implementing solutions in ABACUS based on organizational requirements Defining and creating processes Coordinating 2nd-level support with our ABACUS sales partner Leading and implementing ERP implementation projects Supporting rollouts of new applications and functions in our subsidiaries (outside of Switzerland) Maintaining the ticketing system and documentation Profile Must-have Completed apprenticeship and several years of experience in support or as a user in the following ABACUS applications: FIBU, DEBI, KREDI, PROJ Understanding of and practical experience with database systems Structured, reliable, and independent working style, with cross-functional thinking Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and assertiveness Cost awareness and the ability to assess cost-benefit aspects for organizational requirements Good German and English skills (minimum B2) Nice-to-have Experience with additional ABACUS modules (e.g., PPS, SVM, CRM, ABEA, payroll, time tracking, education management) Experience in leading ERP implementation projects Knowledge of ATK/System and BPE (Business Process Engine) Experience in creating and maintaining forms, reports, and dashboards Experience with system patches/updates and ABACUS AI features Chances A small, collaborative team with room for creativity New work environment (e.g., flexible working hours, home office (2 days/week for full-time employees), good public transport connections and free parking, 40 hours/week) #J-18808-Ljbffr
