The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) unit has the mission of coordinating the implementation of the sustainability strategy for the entire institution, in close collaboration with all departments and directorates of the hospital.
Project Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Unit - 80%As a CSR project manager, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HUG sustainability strategy and more particularly to its environmental component.
You are in charge of monitoring, analyzing, and documenting the sustainability performance of the HUG, establishing the institution's carbon footprint, and monitoring and coordinating the sustainability action plan.
In close collaboration with the various services, directorates, and departments of the institution, you lead projects related to the implementation of the sustainability strategy as well as projects and awareness-raising events related to sustainability.
You provide expert support to the various services, directorates, and departments in the fields of sustainable development and more particularly environmental protection and the climate.
You advise on best practices and implement tools to promote sustainability within the institution.
You hold a university Master's degree in the field of the environment, sustainable development, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar function, ideally in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders.
Skills in project management (HERMES, IPMA, Prince2, or PMI), change management, and carbon footprint are preferred.
You are a person with an excellent sense of communication and good listening skills.
Your ability to influence without direct hierarchical links allows you to evolve with ease in multidisciplinary contexts and to work independently.
You have an excellent spirit of synthesis and very good writing and analytical skills.
You have an excellent command of oral and written French as well as a very good level of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an asset.
