The DTN-IA creates, integrates and manages all the IT applications of one of the most efficient hospital information systems to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Geneva University Hospitals. With a fleet of more than 12,500 workstations, 1,300 servers for over 250 applications serving all staff, available 24/7, the DTN-IA manages an HR information system for the 13,000 employees of the HUG and 7 other Geneva institutions, as well as a powerful ERP for the most complex logistical and financial processes.
The Operations Service is tasked with ensuring the services necessary for the smooth running of all HUG facilities through a high-performance technical infrastructure. It guarantees the reliability, security and availability of services offered to users, as well as the evolution and support of the technological core of the Information System.
Cybersecurity internship aimed at improving SOC orchestration - 100%
You will join the cybersecurity expertise centre of DTN-IA to contribute to the evolution of the SOC infrastructure.
You will work within an environment integrating orchestration, automation, scripting solutions, as well as APIs, to strengthen the protection of the HUG information system.
Your role notably includes integrating security alerts, automating incident responses, and enriching Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to improve threat detection and proactive management.
Qualifications
You are in the final year of an engineering school or Master’s degree in Switzerland and must complete a mandatory internship with ECTS credits to validate your university course.
You have a valid internship agreement with your school.
You master the following technologies: SIEM, SOAR, Docker, API usage, Python, Git, EDR, Windows, Linux.
You are capable of writing technical documentation.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
