The Nursing Directorate embodies the authority in nursing matters.

Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment.

As such, the Nursing Directorate oversees all nursing activities (nurses and various health professional bodies).

To fulfil its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: quality, sustainability and digital innovation; clinical expertise and professional practices; management and transformation.

Dietitian or Sector Manager Dietitian - 100% The Nursing Directorate is seeking its future lead dietitian to manage and support teams at the Cluse-Roseraie site in their services across various medical departments.

The patient base may be adult or paediatric, notably in acute care as well as for therapeutic education following chronic illness.

You lead a team of around 30 employees.

You organise, coordinate and supervise their activities and plan any necessary actions for the development of individual and collective skills.

You ensure optimal information flow, whether upwards, downwards and/or laterally.

You foster a climate of trust within the team necessary for living and working well together in respect of institutional values.

You know how to set the course and support your teams to achieve common goals.

You translate the strategic directions of your profession into achievable objectives for the team while ensuring the individual contribution of each member.

As team leader, you are responsible for the quality of nutritional care and promote all measures aimed at optimising and improving the services offered to patients.

You have indicators to drive continuous quality improvement.

You also contribute to the development of new practices.

Your collaborative spirit enables you to support and develop interdisciplinarity among all health professionals involved in patient care.

You efficiently manage the proper allocation of resources and equipment to meet patients' care needs within the allocated budget.

You also act as a reference for tariff systems related to the profession.

As needed, you may recruit new employees and ensure the development of their expertise in the specialty fields of each sector while maintaining the necessary versatility of skills.

Qualifications You hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.

You have proven management experience, gained through at least five years of practice in the hospital sector.

Training in management, such as a CAS in health institution management, is an asset.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate tact and positive communication.

You know how to unite teams around common goals and establish a collaborative climate conducive to the smooth running of the service.

Open to change, you are capable of supporting the evolution of your professional environment pragmatically.

You also know how to take a step back from your managerial practices to continuously improve them.

You are recognised for your organisational skills, flexibility and ability to manage priorities, and you are comfortable in an environment where activities are varied and cross-functional.

You are proficient with common IT tools and have an excellent command of the French language.
