The positions offered are attached to the Diagnostic Department. The objectives of this department (comprising 9 medical services) are to provide diagnoses, therapeutic products, therapeutic procedures, and specialised clinical consultations of high medical quality, within the best possible timeframes and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions. It develops a clear vision: to unite and be a centre of excellence in medico-technical disciplines for the benefit of patient care.
The mission of the eHealth and telemedicine service is to promote the expertise, excellence, and dynamism of the HUG beyond the usual geographical and institutional boundaries, thanks to information and communication technologies.
The position works in close collaboration with the Directorate of Digital Transition and Augmented Intelligence as well as with the Innovation Centre, which manages two digital platforms: Concerto, for patients; and MonEspacePro for city professionals. These platforms are developed in close collaboration with users and our health network partners.
IT Analyst or Programmer Analyst - Reference Framework - 100%
The eHealth and telemedicine service co-develops innovative digital solutions (web and mobile applications) to improve the practice of professionals and the experience of patients.
You will join the development team of the communication portal between the HUG and the city, "MonEspacePro", as a fullstack developer.
Thanks to your expertise, you will develop a new component for managing the cantonal care network’s reference framework. You will develop both the front-end and back-end parts, using a microservices API architecture and cutting-edge technologies. You will work from a current and demanding stack based on Java/Spring-Springboot and event-driven with Kafka as well as Angular/TypeScript. You will create the component and ensure its maintenance, while providing rigorous follow-up in consultation with the product manager.
You will collaborate closely with the team to develop reliable and scalable solutions and features. You will share best practices and adopt a critical and constructive approach with a view to continuous improvement.
Throughout the product lifecycle, thanks to your communication skills, you will contribute optimally and structurally to software development, ensuring an essential link between the eHealth service, partner teams, involved professions, and external stakeholders. You will adapt your language according to your interlocutors to simplify technical terms, challenge proposed solutions, and actively collaborate with stakeholders to find the most relevant adaptations.
Furthermore, you will ensure the updating and writing of the necessary documentation. You will leverage your summarising ability and pragmatism to carry out your mission within the allotted time and guarantee a quality result.
You rely on your summarising ability and pragmatism to move forward and conduct your activity within the given deadlines.
Joining these teams means entering a stimulating environment dedicated to digital innovation in health, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Innovation Centre, APPS & UX, eHealth & telemedicine, the entire DTN-AI of the HUG, external partners), and contributing to high-impact projects for professionals and patients. You will work in an agile, collaborative culture resolutely focused on solutions.
