As part of strengthening and enhancing their commitments to diversity, inclusion and combating all forms of discrimination, the DEI Unit is seeking an intern. Attached to the Human Resources Directorate, the team works closely with the General Management and operates transversally across all services of the institution.
Project Management Internship – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Unit - 100%
You are sensitive to issues related to inclusion and diversity in the workplace and wish to contribute to projects promoting equality for all. You are enthusiastic about supporting a structural change in organisational culture regarding diversity and inclusion.
You assist the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Unit team in its activities of reflection, design and coordination of projects.
You provide administrative support in the day-to-day project management activities. You help organise meetings or assist in preparing events.
You take minutes during working sessions and support the drafting of project management documents.
You contribute to the creation of presentation, reporting, communication or training materials.
You support the updating of indicators, data and information related to projects on various institutional platforms and participate in optimising communication materials.
You are entrusted with various tasks for which you are responsible, with the support of team members.
You interact with numerous professional groups, notably in nursing, medical, research, development, administrative fields, as well as with patients.
You monitor news related to the themes addressed by the DEI Unit.
Your adaptability and positive, solution-oriented attitude enable you to respond to regular requests as well as unforeseen events according to the DEI Unit’s current affairs.
You work under the responsibility of the Unit manager.
Qualifications
This internship is part of a Master’s degree or University of Applied Sciences (HES) training programme. You are currently studying, specialising in a field relevant to this position, and need to complete a mandatory internship with ECTS credits as part of your university curriculum.
Your sense of priorities and organisational skills allow you to handle various tasks and activities by delegation. You have a good command of French, both written and spoken, and are very comfortable with writing. You possess good analytical and synthesis skills.
You have good knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are generally comfortable with digital tools. Your proficiency in social media, video editing or design is a plus.
Working in a continuously evolving environment, you demonstrate great adaptability enabling you to meet challenges as they arise. You are rigorous and deliver quality outputs. You communicate fluently about the progress of your activities. Your curiosity and learning ability allow you to explore unfamiliar areas and you do not hesitate to ask questions to those around you.
You have a good ability to work in a team and to develop harmonious relationships thanks to your diplomacy, interpersonal skills and listening.
Organisation, dynamism, creativity and proactivity, rigour and autonomy are essential qualities for success in this position.
