To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Expert EDI Business Analyst (f/m/d) as of 1 October 2025, who will support our team in inspiring customers for our HUGO and BOSS brands with passion and know-how. The Central & Eastern Europe Hub is a local sales organisation within HUGO BOSS AG and supports the Wholesale (Brick & Mortar, as well as Digital) and Retail channels. In this position, you will strengthen the cooperation with our wholesale partners by clarifying technical requirements, optimising EDI processes, coordinating projects and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. What you can expect: Interact directly with wholesale customers to clarify technical requirements Work closely with market teams, partners and external service providers to ensure smooth integration and execution of EDI processes Conduct technical pre-assessments and coordinate internal resources to ensure an efficient wholesale order and supply chain Accurately define requirements and effectively manage expectations with wholesale customers, complemented by transparent communication of planning results to internal and external stakeholders Coordinate change requests, manage enhancement requests and actively support partners during the testing phase Your profile: 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally supported by a Bachelor\’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Basic knowledge of SAP SD, especially order-to-cash processes, EDI message types, configurations and communication protocols Familiarity with SCRUM/agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to dynamic, evolving environments, Adapt to dynamic, evolving environments Strong communication and prioritisation skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams and handle multiple requests efficiently Analytical thinking and a customer-centric mindset, combined with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment Your benefits: We offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including vacation and Christmas bonuses, a mobility allowance / Deutschlandticket, an annual clothing allowance, a company pension scheme, and our SHIP share program.
