Position: Marketing Senior Specialist

As a Marketing Senior Specialist , you\’ll be responsible for driving retail marketing initiatives for the BOSS and HUGO brands across the Polish market. Your responsibilities include leading PR and influencer strategies, managing media relations , and coordinating high-visibility local and global events to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement. You will develop and implement promotions, collaborations, and CRM activities to boost footfall, foster loyalty, and reactivate customers in DOS and outlet stores .

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for retail marketing activities for BOSS & HUGO brands from concept to success measurement, aligned with global brand strategy, including creating marketing plans for DOS and OUT stores.
• Implementation of sales-promoting activities in DOS (BOSS & HUGO) & OUT (BOSS) in Poland: promotions, events, collaborations aimed at increasing store footfall, customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty through emotional experiences, reactivation of inactive customers, and sales growth.
• Development and execution of collaborations to expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness and positioning for BOSS & HUGO.
• Development and execution of PR & Influencer strategies for the Polish market.
• Managing PR coverage and media relations , coordinating media & influencers during local & global events for BOSS & HUGO in Poland.
• Coordination and approval of national and local media activities and media plans (OOH and digital) in collaboration with Global Media Planning for BOSS & HUGO.
• Managing PR showroom and product lending from BOSS & HUGO stores in Poland.
• Coordination of CRM communication and planning .
• Managing marketing budgets and planning for BOSS & HUGO.
• Providing reports on marketing activities.
• Participating in Central Hub projects for BOSS & HUGO.

Your profile:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Fashion Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in Brand or Retail Marketing.
• Event management skills with a proven record of organizing events like pop-up stores, PR, retail store events.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; Photoshop & InDesign are assets.
• Familiarity with DMR and Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish skills are a plus.
• Network and relationships within the PR environment are advantageous.
