To support our Business Operations Excellence team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) from February 2025 for a period of 6 months.
Our team acts as an interface between business and IT and manages projects in our core areas of Digital Business Operations & Projects, Digital Creation, Materials Excellence and Sustainable Supply Chain. This gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge in all areas and actively contribute to our change management and communication initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Proactive support of divisional communication in the context of the HUGO BOSS Digital Strategy
- Active involvement in the organization and implementation of internal events and internal communications
- Independent design, planning and implementation of internal communication formats such as newsletters, intranet, events and workshops
- Conceptual and operational involvement in change management, e.g. in the digitalization of internal processes and the piloting of new technologies
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of project and innovation workshops as well as preparation of project documents and presentations
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s (at least 3rd semester) or Master’s degree, ideally in the field of media, communication or information sciences, project management, business administration & digitalisation or similar
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and are characterised by initiative
- You have a high degree of creativity and enjoy designing and conceptualising communication content
- You are responsible, organised and goal-oriented.
- You have a keen interest in gaining initial experience in digitalisation and project management with interdisciplinary and international project teams
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro is desirable (knowledge of layout and image editing programmes)
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English
