Join our innovative Digital Supply Chain Team at HUGO BOSS, where we are committed to building a smart and tech-driven value chain. We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to support our digital transformation initiatives and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

What you can expect:

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives within our digital transformation program TWIN and other business operations projects, contributing to the development of a tech-driven value chain.
• Collaborate on process changes and system implementation & integration under the guidance of experienced project managers.
• Apply and expand relevant project management tools and methods.
• Act as a supporting interface between various business areas, internal IT, and external software vendors to help implement system-specific requirements.
• Participate in engagement and change activities to support initiative success both internally and with our supply chain partners globally.
• Assist in identifying and managing project-related risks to ensure adherence to timelines and business objectives.

Your profile:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably within business operations or supply chain contexts.
• Strong communication and visualization skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior project managers.
• Eager to learn and develop problem-solving skills in fast-paced and complex environments.
• Basic understanding of business processes in the fashion or consumer goods industry, particularly in operations and supply chain management, is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
