We are looking for a Senior Material Strategic Sourcing Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our Sourcing & Production division.

What you can expect:

• Responsible for strategic sourcing and portfolio management by implementing the Tier 2 sourcing strategy in collaboration with business owners, business leads, and Technical R&D, aiming to optimize the supplier base and enhance collaboration with Creative R&D teams.
• Development and management of a comprehensive supplier evaluation system integrating data from quality, procurement, TPD, and sustainability teams, along with implementing an evaluation and volume matrix to prioritize strategic suppliers and optimize sourcing decisions.
• Leading the onboarding process for Tier 2 suppliers, including system validation, contract management, and documentation requirements.
• Developing and executing strategies to improve Tier 2 suppliers\‘ visibility and performance, focusing on availability, cost, quality, and sustainability, while establishing strategic partnerships for continuous improvement.
• Conducting seasonal strategy meetings with Tier 2 suppliers to review evaluations and performance, set improvement goals, and align future objectives.

Your profile:

• A degree in Business Administration, Textile/Apparel Management, or a similar qualification, with at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the textile/apparel sector.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and independent working skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), solid MS Office skills (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• A collaborative, goal-driven work approach ensuring effective teamwork and successful outcomes.
