Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager Global Store Design Execution (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our Global Store Design department.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial project management for the global rollout of seasonal window displays for all our ~500 stores globally.
- Timeline management from the end of the concept phase to the „Go-Live“ in our POS.
- Technical development of window concepts.
- Supplier management for window elements including the quality control of the serial production.
- Prototype phases incl. material sampling.
- Budget management incl. project calculations to ensure defined production budgets are met.
- Preparation of tender documents in close collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Communication with our global subsidiaries with a focus on budget and costs.
- Creatinng of Excel Tools and analysis.
- Preparation of guidelines for different projects and project phases (i.e. internal process steps or installation guidelines).
- Interface Management of internal departments and external partners.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters in a relevant technical or economical degree course or similar education as well as 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experienced in the „technical engineering“ and production Know-How for elements in different materials.
- Experience in the Project Lead of projects with complex interface management.
- Very good Excel skills and good general MS Office skills.
- Passion for working in an international surrounding.
- High level of team work, self-employed, structured and a responsible way of working – you are an organizational talent.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent German is an advantage.
