This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transformation, driving profitability, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across a global network. /p h3Your opportunity /h3 pThe Head of Finance, Huhtamaki AG, is responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and performance of the Principal Company (buy–sell) operating model. The successful candidate will drive scalable, compliant, and profitable operations across regions, integrating Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Systems to drive operational excellence and profitability. /p h3Where you'll be /h3 pThis role is preferably based in bZug, Switzerland /b or bEspoo, Finland /b, and includes occasional travel to the bUAE /b. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liSupport the global project team in the implementation of the Principal Company operating model, leading change management activities across business units and key stakeholder groups. /li liLead weekly SOP and inventory planning processes across regions, fostering effective governance, alignment, and collaboration throughout the supply chain network. /li liDesign and implement supply chain and warehousing solutions that support business growth while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including EUDR and EPR. /li liMonitor end-to-end supply chain profitability and provide leadership for Customer Service operations within Huhtamaki AG. /li liOversee accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, while developing and enhancing management information systems that support the operating model. /li liEnsure robust VAT compliance, balance sheet integrity, and hedging processes, while managing statutory, IFRS, and management reporting requirements. /li liLead transfer pricing and credit insurance activities, delivering profitability insights, business case evaluations, and financial performance analysis. /li liOwn customer and supplier onboarding processes, while driving ERP development initiatives and continuous process improvement. /li liAct as a key partner to IT, Global Tax, and Global Treasury teams, supporting system governance, incident management, and process optimization. /li liDefine and develop the operating model footprint, leading business onboarding activities and supporting cross-regional strategic initiatives. /li liEstablish and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks, partnering with Treasury and Insurance teams to effectively manage business risks. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring To The Role /h3 ul liExtensive finance leadership experience spanning accounting, financial reporting, business performance, and profitability management. /li liA proactive, forward-thinking, and collaborative approach, coupled with the energy and resilience to drive change in a complex global environment. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions and geographies. /li liDeep expertise in buy-sell and intercompany operating models, including transfer pricing and tax considerations. /li liExperience within supply chain management, inventory planning, and SOP processes. /li liProven track record in ERP implementation, systems development, and process design. /li liStrong analytical capabilities with a focus on performance, business improvement, and value creation. /li liDemonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams and stakeholders in a global matrix organization. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken, with the confidence and credibility to communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders. /li liGerman language skills would also be highly desirable /li liWillingness to travel internationally as required. /li /ul h3What We Offer In Return /h3 ul liA meaningful opportunity to shape Huhtamaki AG, with exposure to senior level stakeholders globally, as well as the opportunity to travel. /li liDevelopment opportunities: We care for each other and want our talent to thrive and develop. /li liResponsible employer: Sustainability is embedded in everything we do.
