We are looking for an International Sales Manager - MENA Region (m/f/d) to join our team in Wiesbaden as soon as possible.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Supporting and developing our distribution partners and customers in the MENA region
- Developing and implementing regional sales strategies and sales plans
- Identifying new market potential, business opportunities, and distribution partners
- Conducting market and competitor analyses and deriving appropriate sales measures
- Preparing quotations and presentations and supporting price and contract negotiations
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports
- Training and supporting our distribution partners on products and sales activities
- Conducting customer visits and product presentations in laboratories and hospitals
- Regular international travel within the region (approx. 50%)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A completed degree in medicine, natural sciences, business, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), reagents, and analyzer systems
- Strong sales attitude, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills
- An independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
- Very good command of English; knowledge of Arabic and French are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake regular international business travel
