Mission / Team
We are looking to strengthen our teams by recruiting a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomics Engineer . You will be integrated into a Human and Organizational Factors team of 20 people based in France, dedicated to factories and mastering methodologies and deliverables contents.
Your main role will be to integrate human and organizational factors into the design and assessment of technical and organizational systems in aerospace factories.
Your tasks:
- Works as part of a multidisciplinary team (engineers, UX, quality, safety, etc.);
- Performs ergonomics / HOF diagnosis;
- Performs analysis of activity – workstation – organization (trades, processes, tools);
- Formalizes ergonomics and user needs requirements;
- Defines functional specifications;
- Analyses HOF risks and identifies root causes for incidents, accidents, human errors or quality issues;
- Defines action plans;
- Manages creativity workshops;
- Conducts User tests on industrial systems (jig and tool);
- Leads the development of human factors activities; provides training and promotes the importance of human factors engineering.
Education / Experience
Master in Human Factors Engineering/Psychology/Ergonomics or related field (e.g., industrial/systems engineering, cognitive neuroscience, perception, industrial/organizational psychology, or ergonomics).
At least 3-4 years related experience. Industrial / factories related experience required.
Skills
Must have strong consulting skills and strong presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential. French language skills could be a plus.
Recognized for your ability to explain and promote HOF and communicate, your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team, you will be able to make proposals, be autonomous and be convinced of the added value of people in the control of systems.
Employment contract
Permanent contract / Full time / Expected starting date: from June / July 2025.
