Turner Engine Control Solutions (TECS) is expanding in Germany and is looking for a Workshop Technician (Mechatronics) to join the team in Bremerhaven. Candidates must already live relatively near Bremerhaven or be willing to relocate.
What you’ll do
- Assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical components and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in workshop equipment
- Support testing and quality checks of control systems
- Work closely with the local technical team to ensure high service standards
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
What we’re looking for
- Technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Initial hands‑on experience in a technical or workshop environment is preferred
- Native‑level German language skills
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical, detail‑oriented approach
Employment details

- Salary: €3,750 – €4,500 gross per month
- Additional performance-based allowance (Leistungszulage)
- Permanent contract with a 6‑month probation period
