Hybrid: Berlin, Germany (2 days per week in office)

Your mission in a nutshell: As a Fullstack Engineer at Humanoo, you\’ll enhance the Humanoo app by optimising the client platform to deliver insightful information and seamless onboarding for long‑term partnerships. Additionally, you\’ll maintain and develop new features for the content management platform, supporting the Content and Design team in delivering engaging health content to users.

As our Fullstack Engineer, your work will focus on the web‑based client portal half of our platform. This portal gives our clients valuable insights into the health and wellbeing of their employees, and also helps them manage their version of Humanoo – our mobile app that is the health and wellbeing companion.

You will deep dive into our tech stack, which includes React, Typescript, NgRx, RxJS, unit tests, and REST APIs on the frontend, and Java and Springboot, hosted on AWS with services like ECS, SNS/SQS, and RDS. Plus, a microservice architecture predominantly powered by MySQL RDS on the backend.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Client Platform: Our Humanoo app empowers our clients to support their employees in living healthier lives, all while having fun. You\’ll enhance this platform to provide our clients with insightful information and onboard them successfully for a long‑term partnership.
• Content Management: Our Content and Design team constantly crafts fresh health content for our users. You\’ll maintain and implement new features into our content platform, enabling our teams to deliver happiness to our users.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• 3 years of experience as a full‑stack engineer
• Strong proficiency in our tech stack, both front‑end (React, Typescript) and back‑end (Spring Boot and Java)
• Berlin‑based (we have a hybrid office policy)
• A product‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Outstanding team player with strong collaboration skills
• A willingness to take ownership of features
• A passion for clean code and automated testing

Interview Process

• A first chat with a recruiter
• A take‑home case study
• 60min video interview: Tech interview with the engineering team
• 60min video interview: Engineering Manager and CTO interview
• 30min video interview: Value‑add interview with our Chief Product and Growth Officer
