- control of the dimensions and quality of the made elements
- preparing elements for powder coating
- assembly of individual elements into complete subassemblies
- proper operation and maintenance of tools and work equipment
- compliance with quality standards and safety rules
Requirements
- experience in locksmith work and thin sheet metal processing
- experience in working with sheets of 1-4 mm thickness
- ability to work from technical drawings, parts lists and production plans
- ability to tack and weld metal elements
- ability to accurately assemble components
- the ability to weld aluminum using the TIG method is welcome
