- Making corrections and modifications to CNC programs
- Independent setting of machines in accordance with production orders
- Monitoring and controlling the machining process
- Performing dimensional and quality control using typical measuring tools
- Independent work in single and small-scale production
Requirements
- Experience in setting up and retooling CNC machines
- Knowledge of Heidenhain controls
- Ability to make corrections and modifications to CNC programs
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
- Ability to perform measurements and quality control
- Experience in working on Reiden or Grob machines is welcome
