The Company

With a 15GW+ pipeline across Europe and other international markets, this company is at the forefront of large-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), and Wind projects.
Backed by strong financial investment and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, they are scaling rapidly and looking for a strategic leader to oversee execution across multiple regions.
The Role
As Director of Project Execution, you will take full ownership of delivering utility-scale Solar, Wind, and BESS projects from pre-construction through to COD.
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role that requires a mix of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution across multiple renewable technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), ensuring seamless project coordination.
- Develop and implement execution strategies to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimise performance.
- Engage with key stakeholders including investors, suppliers, EPCs, and regulators to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards across international markets.
- Support business growth, contributing to the expansion of the company’s global pipeline.
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ experience overseeing the execution of large-scale Solar, BESS, and/or Wind projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market projects within an IPP, Developer, or EPC.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and driving high-performance cultures.
- Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of project financing, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation.
- Experience working across Germany and European markets with knowledge of permitting and grid connection processes.
