As General Counsel, you will lead the legal function and act as a trusted adviser to the executive leadership team. You will provide strategic and commercially focused legal support across the business, covering project development, commercial contracts, corporate matters, financing, governance, compliance and risk management. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel, you will ensure legal risks are effectively managed while enabling the business to achieve its growth objectives. The Role: Lead and manage the company's legal function across multiple jurisdictions. Advise senior leadership on strategic legal and commercial matters.
