The Company A leading Renewable Energy organisation with a significant pipeline of offshore projects to build across the German/European region. The recent announcement of contracts has lead to further expansion and investment to grow their team with the organisation looking to secure a Project Director - HVDC to oversee the offshore wind EPC contracts of one of their exciting offshore assignments. The Role Oversee the development, construction and delivery of a Megaproject worth up to £2B Lead and manage the project organisation including Project managers, Site Managers and Engineering Managers Support negotiation of contracts and choose sub - contractors Develop and implement safety of sites and workers including risk assessments and method statements Lead and manage sub-contractors Prepare and provide site progress reports and reporting to executive leadership (Vice President) The Person Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Experience overseeing a large project (£500M+) from cradle to grave - Offshore Wind Energy, Civil, Rail etc Prior management of 15+ direct reports Fluent in English (verbal and written) & Professional/Advanced German This unique role is a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself in the world of renewables at a pioneering organisation within this space. #J-18808-Ljbffr
