Managing Director – Transmission & Distribution (Germany) We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director – Transmission & Distribution to lead and grow a high-performing business within the European power and energy sector. This is a pivotal executive role with full accountability for strategy, operational performance, commercial growth, and safety across complex transmission and distribution projects. The Role Reporting to the Group Executive, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the Transmission & Distribution division, driving sustainable growth while ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, and client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Setting and executing the strategic direction of the Transmission & Distribution business Full P&L ownership, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance Leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and commercial functions Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, regulators, and stakeholders Ensuring best-in-class health, safety, quality, and environmental performance Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the European energy market Driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organisation About You You will be a credible, visible leader with deep sector expertise and a track record of success at senior executive level.
