Senior EPC Manager - Onshore Wind (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg or Berlin | Germany-wide project travel

The Opportunity:

An established international renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Senior EPC Manager to take ownership of the delivery of onshore wind projects across Germany. This is a senior project delivery position rather than a purely technical engineering role. You will take responsibility for onshore wind projects, managing the EPC process and coordinating the different technical, commercial and construction stakeholders through successful execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take overall EPC responsibility for multiple onshore wind projects across Germany
• Manage projects through the execution and construction phases to successful completion
• Coordinate civil, electrical and construction workstreams without needing to be the technical specialist in each discipline
• Manage EPC contractors, suppliers, consultants and other external partners
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, risks and key milestones
• Ensure effective coordination between internal engineering, construction and project teams
• Identify project risks and proactively drive solutions
• Represent the project internally and externally throughout delivery
• Travel to project sites across Germany as required

Your Background:

• Significant experience delivering onshore wind projects in Germany
• Strong EPC/ project delivery experience within the renewable energy sector
• Experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors and project interfaces
• Comfortable taking overall project ownership rather than operating solely as a technical specialist
• Strong understanding of the German onshore wind construction environment
• Fluent German required
• Willingness to travel across Germany
