The Opportunity
The company is seeking an HV Project Manager to oversee the delivery of 110 kV and 380 kV substation works associated with large-scale battery storage projects. You will coordinate technical teams, contractors and grid interfaces from planning through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of high-voltage substation and grid connection works.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Oversee contractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets and project risks.
- Manage interfaces between the substation, battery storage system and grid operator.
- Review designs, technical documentation and project progress.
- Support testing, energisation and final handover.
About You
- Experience managing high-voltage substation or grid connection projects.
- Knowledge of 110 kV or 380 kV infrastructure.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with BESS or other major energy projects is advantageous.
