PMO Coördinator

Project Coordinator Location: Germany
A rapidly expanding international renewable energy business that is delivering utility-scale infrastructure projects across Germany has a strong pipeline of Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage and grid infrastructure projects, the company is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to its growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative international business where you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, supporting Project Managers and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Act as the central point of coordination for multiple renewable energy projects across Germany.
Liaise with local authorities, municipalities, utility companies and external service providers to support project delivery.
Coordinate project documentation, approvals and administrative processes.
Organise site visits, travel arrangements and project logistics.
Manage project records, action trackers and reporting to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Support supplier engagement, purchase requests and subcontractor onboarding.
Provide operational support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years' experience supporting infrastructure, construction or renewable energy projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management platforms is advantageous.
Fluent German and English.
