Sales Lead – Northern & Central Europe – Cables
Location: Northern & Central Europe (Remote/Flexible)

Role Overview:
A leading supplier of medium voltage (MV) cable solutions is looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth across Northern & Central Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in wind, solar, and energy infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored cable solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Travel across the region as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in cables, power transmission, or electrical infrastructure.
- Track record of winning and managing projects.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel across Northern & Central Europe.
