About the Company – Our client is a global provider of innovative and sustainable battery storage solutions for automotive and industrial applications. Their energy technology continually evolves, creating stationary energy storage batteries, from backup power to large-scale energy storage systems (BESS).

About the Role – As a Technical Project Manager, you will provide technical consultation to customers from conception to execution on projects. You will also support aftersales activities related to technical specifications and regulations.

Location – The company\’s office is based in the Hesse region of Germany, requiring attendance for team meetings and travel to the Netherlands to meet with the R&D team. The role offers a hybrid working model, ideally for candidates located in Hesse, Cologne, Dusseldorf, or Essen regions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary contact with customers from initial enquiry to project completion.
2. Provide comprehensive technical support, including project specifications.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising sales, engineering, and suppliers.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and processes.
5. Maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

1. Degree or equivalent technical training.
2. At least 5 years of experience in technical project management within the renewable energy sector.
3. Electrical engineering background is advantageous.
4. Good understanding of electrical/power systems such as AC/DC, LV/MV, and switchgear.
5. Strong commercial acumen and multi-stakeholder project management skills.
6. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
7. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
8. Valid EU driving license.
