Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a SAP team consisting of Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and agile capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and nurture our strategic partnership with an off‑shore partner to further evolve our SAP‑based deliveries.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations.
- Ensure adherence to Husqvarna group processes and best practices across SAP legacy deployments to prepare for ongoing S/4 HANA roll‑ins.
- Promote the strategic initiative \“NextStep\“ to evolve our DevOps/Agile ways of working in an ERP context.
- Actively participate in strengthening our culture within global ERP operations within Global Information Services.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and integration.
- Develop and maintain key business stakeholder relationships that enable transition and sustain ongoing operations.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with diverse delivery teams and business projects.
- Align with Amplify Program pre‑requisites to meet objectives and timelines.
- Plan and maintain sunset timelines and processes for legacy platforms as they become redundant.
- Develop and maintain a plan for resource transformation/enablement throughout transition.
- Work at least three days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute the CoE strategy to support the organization’s SAP landscape and other connected systems.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP systems.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations.
- Define and anchor strategy and roadmap toward S/4HANA.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the SAP infrastructure and connected systems.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage SAP upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP experts and professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the CoE.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Project Management:
- Oversee SAP‑related projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for project management and delivery.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and knowledge of related systems (APO, BW, EWM, ME).
- Proven track record in leading SAP CoE or similar roles within a global organization.
- Extensive experience in SAP project management and system integration.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of SAP ECC systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluent language skills in English and German.
