Product Owner/Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Establishment of a comprehensive requirements management process to identify dependencies between the various PO streams and to design and control the overall system.

• Setting standards, quality criteria, and comprehensive methodologies for requirements management.

• Development of a comprehensive product vision and product roadmap.

• Analysis and project-related coordination of requirements with relevant project participants as well as definition of new requirements and optimizations.

• Definition and transparent communication of the product goal and ensuring alignment between the individual product streams.

• Responsibility for the creation of product backlog items.

• Communication of the product backlog to several teams.

• Management of the product backlog (building, sorting, and prioritizing the entries in the backlog) in complex and extensive projects.

• Maximizing value within the teams.

• Stakeholder management and direct coordination with external authorities and customers.

Must-have Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or comparable qualification.

• Alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial training.

• Certification as a product owner.

• Professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable position.

• Knowledge of requirements management and requirements analysis.

• Knowledge of software engineering.

• Experience in the use of SCRUM and relevant tools.

• Experience in an agile working environment and sound technical expertise in digital processes, especially in the area of identification or authentication desirable.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as creativity and initiative.

• Very good communication skills for coordination with stakeholders and the target group-oriented presentation of problems and technical issues.

• Strong ability to work in a team, high social skills paired with analytical skills.

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
